Our Story
Once Upon a House Group focuses only on historical properties.
As it could not be any other way, it is present in one of the oldest neighborhoods of Lisbon – Alfama.
Through its apartments – Alfama Yellow House – it seeks to tell the unique story of this place, from its beginnings to the present day.
As you walk through Alfama you will discover the customs, the secrets and the sounds of one of the oldest Lisbon quarters, dedicated since the beginning to the diversity of cultures, habits and customs. This is a neighbourhood that has always been outside the wall.
A genuine scenario composed of steep and narrow streets, with luminous sidewalks, full of colors and tradition.
